10. If you use such images/photos and face copyright claims, strikes, takedowns, or any legal consequences, Vecteno shall not be responsible or liable in any manner.

ये फ़ाइलें केवल व्यक्तिगत उपयोग या क्लाइंट कार्य हेतु व्यावसायिक उपयोग के लिए प्रदान की जाती हैं।
इन फ़ाइलों को किसी भी स्थिति में बेचना, पुनः बेचना, उपहार में देना या नि:शुल्क वितरित करना अनुमत नहीं है।
इन फ़ाइलों को किसी भी वेबसाइट, मार्केटप्लेस, सोशल मीडिया, क्लाउड स्टोरेज, ड्राइव लिंक या अन्य किसी प्लेटफ़ॉर्म पर अपलोड, शेयर या पुनः अपलोड करना सख़्त प्रतिबंधित है।
इन डिज़ाइनों या फ़ाइलों को स्वयं का मौलिक (original) कार्य बताकर दावा करना प्रतिबंधित है।
फ़ाइल में किसी भी प्रकार का परिवर्तन, संपादन या संशोधन करने पर भी उसे नए टेम्पलेट/प्रोडक्ट के रूप में बेचना या वितरित करना कानूनी रूप से मान्य नहीं है।
फ़ाइलों का पुनर्विक्रय, वितरण, पुनः अपलोडिंग, शेयरिंग या किसी भी प्रकार का दुरुपयोग, कॉपीराइट व लाइसेंस उल्लंघन माना जाएगा।
इन शर्तों का उल्लंघन करने पर Vecteno, आपके विरुद्ध आवश्यक कानूनी कार्रवाई करने का पूरा अधिकार रखता है, जिसमें दीवानी व आपराधिक कार्यवाही भी शामिल हो सकती है।
8. फ़ाइलों में दी गई या जोड़ी गई तस्वीरें/फोटो केवल प्रदर्शन (display) हेतु प्रदान की गई हैं।
9. इन तस्वीरों/फोटो का अंतिम कार्य, व्यावसायिक उपयोग या सार्वजनिक उपयोग हेतु प्रयोग करना अनुमत नहीं है।
10. यदि आप इन तस्वीरों/फोटो का उपयोग करते हैं और उसके कारण आपको कॉपीराइट दावा, स्ट्राइक, टैकडाउन या कोई भी कानूनी कार्रवाई का सामना करना पड़ता है, तो उसकी पूर्ण ज़िम्मेदारी आपकी होगी, Vecteno किसी भी प्रकार से उत्तरदायी नहीं होगा।
